Freelance Makeup Artist

Besides acting and performing, makeup has always been another passion of Vanessa's. 

Vanessa is trained at Cosmoprof Makeup Academy and graduated with a diploma in Professional Makeup Artistry. While she is not performing, she is also a freelance makeup artist - specialising in makeup (including special effects) and basic hair styling services.

She believes that just like acting, makeup is an art and skill that develops with time, practice and creativity. The face is like a blank canvas for an artist to paint on and create.

Makeup is transformative and versatile - from the dramatic and theatrical to the naturally enhanced and beautifying makeup looks. It gives one character, style and confidence. And that, to her, is the most satisfying.
